SUMMARY:Malta National Aquathlon Championships
DESCRIPTION:General Information \nThe Malta Triathlon Federation will be organizing an Aquathlon.\nThe event is valid for the triathlete of the year award 2024 as from this year will adopt the World Triathlon Aquathlon Format and therefore will consist of a 1km Swim followed by 5km Run\, with a time limit of 90 minutes. \nRace will be held on the 25th August \, 7.00am\nRace Starts at 7.00am \nRace briefing will be held at 6.50am. Females and Males will have a separate start. \nARRTS will be timing the event. ARRTS timing chips shall be used. All those who do not have an ARRTS timing chip need to hire one on the day from race venue for €5. \nRun will take place on the promenade & pavements and therefore traffic free. Roads will not be closed to traffic.\nAll finishers will receive a medal. \nApplications are done online at https://triathlonmalta.org/\nIn case of bad weather\, the race director will take the necessary decisions 30 minutes prior to the event. \nJunior Races will be included and held according to the Aquathlon Distances set by the Malta Triathlon Federation. \nIn case of cancellation\, the event will be postponed to a later date and no refund will be given. \nPlease keep yourself updated via the event page\, MTF Facebook. \n  \nAPPLY NOW - SENIORS - JUNIORS - YOUTH\n  \nAPPLY NOW - FUN-TRI  TRI-1 TRI2 TRI3\n  \n

SUMMARY:Malta Triathlon Federation Championships
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nThe Malta Triathlon Federation Championships 2023 will be held on the 8th October 2023. \nThe event will be held on a drafting Olympic distance. \nDue to a limited time for road closure please note that we will be setting a cut off time of 2hrs30min for the Swim+Bike sections. Athletes that do not complete their swim and bike within the cut off time will be stopped. \nThe championships are also one of the pre requisites for athletes to stand a chance to be chosen with the MTF National Senior Squad for the 2023. \nOn the day there will also be a Super Sprint event\, which will run in conjunction with the Olympic distance. \nApplications are on a first come first served basis. \nRelay teams are accepted \nMore information will be posted on the event page and on the MTF Facebook page. \nPlease stay tuned. \n  \nIndividual – €65 \nRelay – €80 \nSuper Sprint Distance ( Tri 3 & Youth Categories only) – €25 \nTo apply for the race simply click below.\n  \nAPPLY NOW\n
